This Handbook was written in 2002 and for 10 years has not been updated even though some policies have changed during that time.

It is referenced several time throughout this document that you are an "At-Will" employee . . . YOU ARE NOT! As a Union Employee, the employer does not have the right to terminate or discipline you without cause. Nor do they have the right to make unilateral changes to your wages, benefits or terms and conditions of employment. However, for the Non-Union employees, they do have this right.
