It is referenced several time throughout this document that you are an "At-Will" employee . . . YOU ARE NOT! As a Union Employee, the employer does not have the right to terminate or discipline you without cause. Nor do they have the right to make unilateral changes to your wages, benefits or terms and conditions of employment. However, for the Non-Union employees, they do have this right. |
