Below you will find a spreadsheet designed for Incentive paid positions at Mansfield Plumbing Products. The sheet is designed to allow the user to accurately calculate the Average Hourly Rate of Pay for a single day, a single pay period or any series of days in a given pay period. The accuracy of this calculation is dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the user. The calculations are based on the "Standard Hours" for each incentive operation and the "Base Rate of Pay" of that operation. This is the same manner in which rates are calculated within the payroll system. If you have been attempting to calculate your "Average Hourly Rate" basted on the dollar amount of each piece or operation, you will find this calculation to be much more accurate. Should you have any questions or discrepancies regarding the calculations in this sheet as compared with your paystub, contact your Local Union Business Agent.

It is important when entering information for the user to enter required information in decimals and not fractions.
